As another year slowly comes to an end, many people start setting goals for the upcoming year. Everyone who makes a New Year’s Resolution plans to improve life in some form of fashion. However, many of the people who make these resolutions fail to keep to them. What can you do to keep your resolutions is the real question.
1) Be realistic.
2) Make sure the resolution is something YOU want and not just something others say you should want.
3) Have a plan of action.
4) Don’t have too many goals so you aren’t set out to fail.
5) Keep it simple
6) Don’t beat yourself up if the goal isn’t going as planned.
7) NEVER give up!
